Booking Manager gives you a possibility to generate the precise report about financial performance of all your customers or just for your new partners. The System remembers your booking history so you can display values for any period that you select and track the progress of individual partner. The report will show the number of reservations each client has made and also in details how much profit you have earned in selected period.
You can create a ‘Conversion Rate’ report and see how many requests from each client have actually been converted to a fixed booking. This unique feature will give you exact information on total number of requests, confirmed bookings and conversion rate in percentage.
Once you have a clear overview of cooperation efficiency, you can easily decide how to improve business relationships. For example, if the report suggests that you have a loyal client with high conversion rate you can consider rewarding him and for the ones with lower conversion rate find ways to motivate them and gain more successful bookings.
We are using Booking Manager now for five years and it has made our work much easier. The program is good in general for running the business and having it all at one place, reachable from wherever you might be at the moment.
